Is the hotel really haunted?

Absolutely. We have daily sightings and have had multiple "unexplained" deaths on-site.

Are daily, weekly, AND monthly room rentals available?

Yes.

What is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in starts at 4PM.  Check-out is by 10AM.

Why do rates jump up at certain times?

Because this is one of the most popular Hotels in all of New Orleans, and availability is very limited.

Is Room Service available?

No. The bellhop was murdered.

Is there Cable TV and Wireless Internet?

Of course.

Is it safe?

Safe from criminals, yes. Safe from ghosts, absolutely not.

What is your cancellation policy?

As long as you notify us 48 hours in advance, there is no charge.  If you cancel within the 48 hour window, a charge of one night will be billed to the credit card on file.

Is parking available?                          

There is NO parking directly on the property. Guests will need to find parking elsewhere in the vicinity.
